About the Coach

Here's the longer version of my story...

I love to laugh, enjoy life, and embrace every adventure. Helping others along their journeys and celebrating their milestones is at the heart of everything I do. Growing up in the dance and theater world, I trained as an actor and stage manager at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. I spent years as a professional stage manager, adjunct faculty member, and administrator, mentoring students in stage management and guiding them to success. Those early experiences laid the foundation for my passion for coaching and empowering others to reach their goals.

Over the years, I’ve combined my creative roots with advanced coaching expertise. I hold a Master’s in Executive Public Administration/Leadership (EMPA) and a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting (MS). With over 550+ coaching hours and certifications like PCC from the International Coaching Federation, Genos Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Circle Profile, and Center for Creative Leadership 360 Suite, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every coaching session. I also specialize in team coaching and am nearing completion of the ACTC Team Coaching Certification.

My journey has included 20 years at NYU, where I developed a deep understanding of the challenges in higher education, nonprofits, and the arts. I’ve helped senior leaders and early-career professionals navigate transitions, build effective teams, and foster meaningful connections. My approach blends strategic thinking, science-based research, and empathetic support to create transformative growth and change.

Personally, I’m a wife, mother of four, friend, and dedicated runner. Running countless races—from 5Ks to marathons—has taught me the value of setting goals, embracing the process, and celebrating milestones. Whether crossing finish lines or coaching clients, I bring the same dedication and focus to every endeavor.

Through my work, I aim to create meaningful impact, helping individuals and teams embrace challenges, discover opportunities, and grow into the best version of themselves.
